«This wasn’t far the cutest vacation rental that I have ever stayed at! I was so surprised when I walked through the door. The outside of the farmhouse is nice and as pictured but when you walk into the house it’s incredibly large. I was surprised at how expansive the rooms were and how high the ceilings were. I felt like I was on a very posh movie set. I highly recommend this home and we hope to be back next year.»

«The property was clean,however, it lacked the attention that would cause me to use the property again if I am in the area. The furniture was dated as where the pictures use on the walls. There was only one smart TV on the property in the family room and it was much too small for the wall on which was mounted. «The house was big enough for our party of people. It had everything we needed for a few days. The cleaner did not seem to clean the floor as there was dirt and cobwebs in every corner including the stairs. We noticed the owner of some ants and he came right away with traps and to spray the outside. The jetted tub in the master was out of order which would have been nice to know prior. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thing the host was very nice and responsive as well as willing to help. »

«My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much it was very quiet & comfortable . We enjoyed sitting out on the swing watching the sun go down… Eating breakfast and a few suppers in the kitchen. Loved & touched by reading the book there “Restored”. Only thing not real clean was windowsills on back porch.. but other than that I really nice place to stay hope to come back again sometime in the area. Very easy to speak with owner Holly. very well in a comfortable bed.»

«This house is in a community setting, but it's very quiet. exceptionally clean, large TV's in every bedroom, beds slept beautifully, centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. We love history so from Franklin to Spring Hill and Columbia, we visited civil war battlefields, pre civil war home's and museums. I highly recommend this place.»

«Great place to get away. GPS is just about 100 yards off. But once you done you are set. Porch is so relaxing, the pace is spotless and has lots of light.
