«Quaint little property in in East Nash. Good location, close to restaurants and other East Nash activities. Only suggestion would be to add some more dressers in bedrooms in order to unpack and store clothes for an extended stay.....and maybe an Apple TV in order to access personal streaming services easier. Other then that, would definitely stay there again.»

«We enjoyed the home and the view of the river. Close to the town of Lebanon with the feel of the country, this very clean home offers very relaxed and spacious living quarters with a game room for the kids. We enjoyed s’mores over the open fire in the backyard fire pit. The owner checked in on us without being intrusive. We had cookies and a snack basket upon arrival. Great place, great price. Bonus - our dogs were welcomed too! »

«We chose the cottage for our Christmas get away. The location is perfect. Nice and quiet but still close to all the activities we wanted to do. The cottage itself is charming and had everything we needed. Delores the host was very nice and even baked a cake for us!!We would definitely stay there again»

«Incredibly clean & well maintained older property with all of the necessary comforts. Local area has many options for food and close enough for our weekend of concerts downtown. Host was courteous & easy to work with. We have this one bookmarked for future visits!»

«This was my second visit to this wonderful property. The best place for me and my dogs. This property is as dog-friendly (if not dog-loving!) as it gets. Donna knows how to do things right for dogs and their humans! Both properties are very well kept and each is unique. As I've said before, the drive to the property is beautiful as well. «This was our second time staying at Concord during the Christmas holiday. The house was clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Communication with the host was excellent. I would say the only negative comment we had about the property was that we wish they had at least one tv downstairs. We had a great time and will be back again.»

«Would stay again. Available on short notice in East Nashville, a safe and friendly part of town.Positives:- Convenient to sites of interest for outdoorsy types (Percy Warner Park, Two Rivers Greenway) or city types (downtown--binder with recommendations on dresser)- Courtesy of having the place completely heated up with all lights on when I arrived- Warm, both literally and in the decor- Communication with the host was timely and courteous and very helpful on most things.
