«This was an excellent experience. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The building felt very safe and secure with restricted access to guests only and the entrance/front of the building was monitored day and night. I enjoyed staying here far more than the experience I had at a 5 star hotel two blocks away. The next time I visit this place will be my first choice for a place to stay. »

«Booked property in early morning around 9 AM, went to check in at hotel around 6 PM and there was no instructions on where or how to get in. Called the number provided and they say there was a mistake and they overbooked. The support said they would be able to find us another hotel and told us to stay on the line. «This place is a gem! Absolutely worth it. Beach just a short walk away in a quiet neighborhood supermarket on the side, short distance to Rodadero beach too. There’s a local breakfast place on the corner they sell very good arepas and fresh juices, also tours. The owner Havi and the guide Ivan, good prices and service. We also ate at Beer Gardens it was nice. Definitely will recommend this spot to everyone traveling to Santa Marta »

«Great location, and steps to the beach! If you’re new to the area, avoid the beach directly in front of the apartment ( Hollywood Beach)…instead walk to the next beach…is a 2 minute walk and much quieter…..and cheaper. Apartment is nice…no AC on the living room/ kitchen but if you leave the bedroom doors open it is comfortable. AWESOME views of the ocean from front and back. Reception is very nice as well as the girl that cleans! I would book this unit again! »

«I had just some minor communication issues with vrbo and the host prior to arriving , but he was very friendly and helpful once we sorted things out. The location is a bit removed from the more crowded tourist areas like Rodadero but I liked it for its tranquility. It’s right next to Bello Horizonte Beach, which is likewise less packed and offers a very pleasant experience by the ocean. I found the accommodations comfortable and reasonably priced as well. I definitely recommend the property!»
