«The hotel suited my needs. Clean, warm, pleasant staff. Delicious food with generous portions. I was a little dissapointed that the pub and coffee shop they display on their website were closed for the off-season. Yet there are plenty of alternatives within walking distance. I loved the history of the hotel and the pride with which this is displayed. I would definitely stay again. »

«One night stay to avail of Kilculllen's Seaweed baths. Everything excellent as expected. Double room this time, find it more comfortable than the family room. Great hotel and great value on certain days, no doubt I pick those days!!»

«So our stay started off great! Lovey spacious family room with a smart tv to watch Netflix on so kids were delighted. However at around 12.30am the couple next door decided to have a domestic and our kids got scared listening to this. Adam the night porter moved us to another room within minutes of asking him. The room we got to smelled of smoke and paint which wasn’t ideal however the next morning we were moved to a similar room from the first night! In fairness the hotel couldn’t know that 2 ...

«Stayed at the Sandhouse on the bank holiday weekend early August for 1 night. We had a lovely room overlooking the beach. Had the best seafood chowder from the bar menu for lunch with delicious bread too. Certainly a buzz about the place when the sun came out. We ate in the hotel restaurant at night which had beautiful views over the beach. Food was excellent. We will definitely return in the future and stay longer »

«The Cliffe is an absolutely amazing property. You have lots of privacy, convenient location. The sea view suite has a beautiful view of the River Eske. Definitely will stay there again when in Donegal.»

«The location and accommodations are wonderful but the pdf instructions from the owner appear to be out-dated and a little confusing. The directions state that guests need to replace wood or peat used for the tiny stove in the living room - but there were no instructions on where to obtain the replacement fuel. It also seemed unreasonable to ask guests to take their garbage away with them (not just place in a bin outside, but take it away from the premises), and to check the electric meter upon ...
