«We just spent an incredible weekend at a house overlooking a beautiful pond in Rhode Island, and it was everything we could have hoped for. The tranquil views of the water were absolutely mesmerizing, providing a calming backdrop to our entire stay. The house was cozy and inviting, with large windows that let us enjoy the scenery from every room. «Great place, very simple and well stocked for any needs. Lots of free streaming channels. Fans, AC and heat available to make yourself comfortable. By no means a concern with the stay itself but if you stay here i would recommend personal means of transportation. »

«Came here with 7 ladies for a bachelorette and we had the best time. It is such a great location with so many things in close driving distance. The home was absolutely beautiful and clean. The only complaint we had was the kitchen lacking some necessary items like a colander and an additional baking sheet. Other than that we had 0 complaints! Would definitely stay again. »

«We loved staying in this cute little home during the weekend of our friends wedding. We weren't around for too much time, but really enjoyed it. The kitchen was stocked full of everything utensil or pan we needed, and then some. We also wanted to extend our stay after we booked and they were very accommodating and got back to us very quickly. «We had a grand time in this cozy beach house. Comfy and clean, sunny and airy, everything you could ever need. Super close and easy access to the ocean side and our wedding venue, we made the most of our short time in Westport. Swam in the chilly October ocean at Elephant Rock several times, sat amongst the stars on the comfy porch, coffee on the deck! John and Deb were super responsive and willing to work with us to fine tune our stay to accommodate our needs. Grateful for their flexibility ...

«We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!»

«This property was beautiful and spacious. Just perfect for what we wanted. The decor was bright and airy, lighting was great, and the place was clean, clean, clean. Near to everything in Middletown and Newport. Easy check-in and owner communication was great. I would love to stay here again!»

«It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. »
