«We had a wonderful relaxing 4 night stay at this beautiful historic hotel. Gorgeous views of the lake ,island and mountains 24/7 . We were on the third floor in the superior suite which was magical. There truly were Condors flying outside our windows and everything we needed in the fully stocked room. The friendly helpful staff made this a highlight if our trip to South America. »

«We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants etc. The hotel itself is beautiful with a splendid view of the lake. Our room was very nice and had a lake view. This was very important as the rooms are not air conditioned. «O Hotel estilo montanha, quatro estrelas, tem muitas facilidades, piscina coberta, café da manhã excelente, fácil acesso na Av Bustillo. O jantar tem um cardápio reduzido e a comida deixa a desejar. E a plataforma Hotels informou que o jantar estaria incluso na reserva e o hotel não aceitou porque disse que jamais faz isso e que foi erro da Hotels. Todos fueron muy amables, llegamos muy tarde para el checkin por demoras en nuestro vuelo y desde la posada estuvieron muy atentos y disponibles para recibirnos a la hora que sea. «Tamanho do apartamento ótimo. Tudo bem cuidado e funcionando. No geral, as instalações do hotel são muito boas. A unica observação é com relação à avenida Bustillo, que dá acesso ao hotel, transito nos dois sentidos e muito movimentada, o que dificulta a entrada e saida.»
