«After a long travel day from the USA, I arrived at this property. The hotel staff was remarkably hospitable and provided us with just the right amount of information. The property is charming, and the guestroom offers a touch of luxury in Bariloche. I highly recommend upgrading to the suite with the deck. The delightful view and the in-room hot tub/bath tub are a perfect touch after a long day exploring the mountain town. »

«We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants etc. The hotel itself is beautiful with a splendid view of the lake. Our room was very nice and had a lake view. This was very important as the rooms are not air conditioned. Opening the windows reduced the room temperature somewhat, but at least a fan should be installed. However, we were first offered a room facing the other way. In spite of this, the staff made sure that the kitchen and spa were operating. - Great, personal service - Good, home cooked food for all meals.
