Summer: 4WD/AWD unnecessary, but prepare for bumpy dirt roads. The long, winding driveway requires slow driving.
November through May: 4WD/AWD highly recommended. The unpaved, winding driveway is plowed after 2" of snow, but some snow/ice may remain. Neighborhood roads plowed at 6+ inches.
