«We stayed at the Rustic Rook due to the proximity to Great Sand Dunes NP. It was extremely quiet, as it was during the week just after labor day -- only one other tent was occupied, which made it relaxing but also a little scary! We stopped in Alamosa for some easy dinner options, but the other couple staying at the time took advantage of the resorts option to have dinner items to grill. «This is our 4th summer in Vallecito. We have stayed in Blue Spruce RV Park (full hookups) and Middle Mountain campground (no hookups). Renting this space was a PERFECT option for us because we had much more room than we would have at the RV Park with the added benefit of full hookups! Having access to the gazebo and the front lawn gave us plenty of space to relax! We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend for anyone with an RV traveling to the area.»

«The lot was amazing! The aspen fall colors were so beautiful and there was alot of wildlife. It was one of the most relaxing getaways we have been on. The owners were so accommodating and were genuinely wonderful people. Having the lodge close was also nice to get a drink or to have dinner or lunch. We will definitely be back next year!!»
