Great place
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was decorated so cute with beach theme. Kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge looked to be new. I appreciated that this place slept 6. They even had beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Overall a nice place to stay

Remodel
First, it was not remodeled - the place looked like it had been furnished from a thrift store . I think 5,000 into the place could make a big difference . The fridge could be painted it’s an eye sore. Mold in the master bath - if that’s what you’re calling a master it was super tight . Loud all the time due to construction next door . A lady that lives there is the pool monitor and basically just wanted people tobe quite . . I wouldnot suggest this place to friends .

Ok
The overall location and property is good. The view of the beach and launches was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were clean. The pool was advertised as heated. The pool heater was not turned on. Both bathrooms had mold in the showers. The shower curtains need replaced. The TVs and remotes did not operate properly. The rust on the outside of the refrigerator was not becoming of the property. The patio furniture was dirty. There were plenty of towels and linens. The construction next door with constant loud pounding took away from the enjoyment of the view and balcony. It would have been helpful if it was mentioned ahead of time.

Great space, lacking a few amenities.
Overall great location and size of condo. Right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and things to do. My kids and I had a great time. A few things I would have liked as a guest: the instructions for the pool and beach access to be in the check in- instructions. Knowing this prior to arriving would have been great. I arrived with 3 little kids and I did not have time to even realize there was a key to access the beach and pool until we were down there with no key. Also, it would have been nice if there were basic things like salt and pepper or cook spray or something. If you expect the cook at the condo bring some condiments and/or basic things to cook with. The construction/demolition next door is not disclosed, although it was not a bother to us, just not great to look at. The dishwasher was broken so we had to hand wash our dishes. Also, the master bedroom mattress is pretty awful. Besides those few inconveniences the beach toys were great and the condo was comfortable for my family of 5.

We could see the Rocket Launch from our room. It was an awesome view of the launch. It is a great location for exploring the area, beaches, the Brevard Zoo, Kennedy Space Center and shopping.

Great time in cocoa beach
We had a wonderful stay in cocoa beach. The condo was steps away from the beach. Everything was nearby. (Stores, Ron Jon surf store, restaurants). The condo was very clean. Would love to stay here again. Thank you!

This was a very nice place that lived up to our expectations. Everything that was commented on, or said about the place was spot on. We were very satisfied with our stay, and the nice access to the beach area. Would highly recommend it.

Needs some TLC
Loved the location...but some TLC please and I’ll be back... Door locking needs to be updated in your check in process. Had to call to get “educated” on how to lock the unit..After 2 calls, issue resolved, but disrupted my check in. The window fixtures/slats kept falling down on main slider to patio.. just get rid of them...very outdated. Only could open one side of the sliding door to patio. Cushion chair in LR-wrong size and was obviously much smaller than the chair. Couldn’t sit in without discomfort and it was hidden with a pillow placed in chair...tacky. 2nd bedroom window fixture. Could not shut all the way- no pull chord, hence we did not use the room- no privacy..used the need to be updated sleep mattress on the sleeper sofa. Minor TLC needed, but a wonderful beach view with adequate amenities.

We had a great time with our family and it is a great location. One constructive feedback, might be time for a new AC unit. Only being able to have it at 74 made it quite warm. When it is 90+ outside, it will be way hot in there

Sandcastle; Unit 704
The location of the property was excellent. The complex itself was well-maintained. The view from the unit was wonderful. The unit we stayed in was very dated. There was a musty smell in the master bedroom. The windows were difficult to open. The unit amenities, beach materials, washer and dryer were good. Overall, we had a good experience at Sandcastles.

Two days on Cocoa Beach
Very busy time of year to be at the beach! Cruise ships are starting to be active again and it shows by the number of people in the area. Cocoa Beach pier was really busy. Property is not bad. Disappointed that there is no recycling program. Lots of debris to pick up on the beach. Plastic! Master bed needs to be replaced for sure. Property is right on the beach but unit faces north. Good view of the space coast and the pier. Nice kitchen and washer/dryer. Pool is very warm. One elevator means waiting on busy days. Overall a 7 star out of 10.
