The house and grounds were super-clean and ready when we arrived, and the house was well-stocked with cooking, linen, entertainment, and beach supplies! «The property managers have literally thought of everything for a comfortable well-appointed stay, including an Alexa speaker for music, binoculars to view sights in the bay, lights under the porch for nighttime illumination, and a pleasant plug-in scent diffuser. «This was our home base while we explored NYC. The place was lovely and well-appointed. It’s almost a shame that we hardly spent any time there. Just in and out to sleep, shower and eat breakfast, then back to the commuter train into NYC. Found free unlimited street parking a few blocks from the train station. Appreciated access to laundry on our last morning to start the next leg of our trip with fresh clothes. »

«We all liove the various Connecticut shore towns, and Ild Lyme was delightful. We revisited some favorite spots, and discovered a few new ones. The vintage appliances were particularly nice to find, and looking at old photos, we realized that the original cottage was really 100 years old!»

«The house was perfect for our annual getaway. We are a group of nine women who have been friends for over 45 years. The large well stocked kitchen with amazing view of the water and fireplace made our Friendsgiving meal memorable! The outdoor hot tub, fire pit, and deck with comfy seating topped off the weekend. Great location, plenty of parking, responsive host. 5/5 stars! »
