VILLA FINA - Beautiful villa with private swimming pool

This quiet villa located in Cala en Blanes, invites 6 guests to enjoy a getaway to the Minorcan coast.
The exterior of the villa offers a garden area with sun loungers next to the chlorine swimming pool which measures 9.5 metres long and 4.5 metres wide, with a depth of between 1 and 2 metres. They are spacious outdoor areas ready to enjoy with all the companions under the furnished porch where you can spend the afternoon chatting quietly. Outside there is also a garden area with various fruit trees.

Entering the Menorcan style interior, distributed on one floor, you start with a living-dining room equipped with A/C for the hottest days. The two sofas next to the satellite TV allow you to relax and recharge your batteries for evening strolls. In the vitroceramic kitchen you can cook delicious dishes during your stay as it is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking, and eat all together at the kitchen table or outdoors under the porch. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of them with A/C and the third one with a fan. The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom complete with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and finally the third bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe. There is a second bathroom with bathtub that serves the whole house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, you can make use of the iron and washing machine during your stay.

The area of Cala en Blanes is a quiet and familiar tourist destination where you will find the basic services for your stay and public transport stops nearby to visit Ciutadella and other wonderful places of the island. A few minutes walk away, you will find the famous coves of Cala en Forcat and Cala en Brut which stand out for their turquoise waters. For hiking and cycling enthusiasts, the island of Menorca is full of routes to follow.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
