«It was a great stay. There was room for all of us. The game room was loved by ALL. Thank you for leaving the snacks. The kids enjoyed them. It was nice to have when we arrived from our 8 hour drive. Having a home to fulfill our needs was very welcoming compared to a hotel. We were able to get together in one space and it felt comfortable. We came to see The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum. «The property looks to be newly renovated and very nice inside. But because of the age of the property, those stairs are super steep. And for a bunch of ladies in their late 50s early 60s it was no joke going up and down them. The only other flaw was the heat disbursement in the house. Again, because it is an old home, the third floor bedrooms got super hot. But again, it is a beautiful home! »

«We stayed in this beautiful home and attended a Vacation Bible School conference at the Ark Encounter. The house is decorated so cute and looks just like the pictures. We had everything we needed and more. It exceeded our expectations. All the beds were so comfortable, in fact we had to see what kind of mattresses were on the beds so we could purchase one. The house is conveniently located in between the Ark Encounter, and the Creation Museum. Would would definitely stay here again. »

«This has been my second stay visiting my daughter. There are a lot of little niceties included that don't amount to amenities that I appreciate.Owners are very receptive to problems. A couple of very minor problems popped-up on this visit and they got them fixed even though they weren't problems I'd expect to get fixed immediately.»

«House was located within a half hour drive to the Ark Encounter. It was very spacious and had plenty of seating for our group. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group.»

«The house is a short walk to all the bars,restaurants and shopping in Loveland. Very clean and nicely decorated with a bicycle theme. Bike trail is very close and goes theough the town center. There was a small water leak in the ceiling of the lower level bathroom during a heavy downpour, but I am sure that will be an easy fix. We would absolutely rent this house again.»

«Clean house and comfortable beds in a nice location, but the main bathroom is fairly small and the shower/bathtub is pretty basic. Some broken blinds in the bedrooms allowed a distracting amount of light from the security lights next door. Good value for the price.»

«The house was lovely! Our host did a great job responding to all questions that we had. We really enjoyed the big basement with the pool table and games. It was a nice touch to have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. We ready enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!»

«We had to be in the area for our daughter. Have never stayed away from home on Christmas. Was very satisfied with property. Provided ample space for the family. Had great entertainment features (Theater Room, Air Hockey, Nostalgic Video games). Since it was cold most of the time we were there, these came in very handy!! Would definitely recommend this property!!»

«I enjoyed my stay here. Everything was as advertised and the host, Estelle was quick to respond when I did have questions. The bed was comfortable and I loved the extra large television in the living room. Overall, it was the perfect place for me during my work contract. »

«Spacious, comfy and easy to access. Beds are extremely comfortable. Close to a ton of stuff to do. Was a teeny bit messy on arrival but nothing too egregious. Would highly recommend for groups of 4.»

«We had family in out of town, the house was perfect for them. The 3 bedrooms were just enough for the six of them with comfortable mattresses. We enjoyed breakfast every morning with the cookware available and we were able to enjoy the coffee that was available in the kitchen»

«Katie greeted me by name when I arrived, and got all the basics - door keys, etc. quickly, and explained they are proximity - so just a tap is needed. The building is really well built, with a fitness room and laundry available 24/7. Met interesting 'neighbors' in the same building. The room is one of the best, and nicely decorated. And I got a great night of sleep - so necessary for travelling!»

«We stayed in the Odd Fellows room which was wonderful. It was very clean and had every convenience that I needed. I appreciated the personal touches like the extra, soft blankets and the quirky decor. The whiskey venue downstairs got a little loud on the Saturday night, but the noise machine and ear plugs helped with that. Overall, I highly recommend!»
