«Guys its a great house in Hamilton so we had a great time. However its not as great as photos show. The pool has many tiles missing and one adult and one kid cut themselves. The path down to the water was very overgrown so hard for the kids. We also had the IPad that controlled the SONOS out for a few days and the BBQ didn't work so they had to bring in a replacement. Would stay again but need the pool sorted first.»

«Stayed October 2024. The house is pretty much as they described in the listing. We had a family of 8 and the layout worked quite well for us. Plenty of entertaining area both inside and out. The view is amazing we could see turtles and sharks from our balcony!! The pool area we did not use at all as was in such a bad position and sitting outside at the property smelt quite badly (not sure if it was sewerage) and seemed very run down.
