«We rented this house in Buti for a week in September/October. Both the house and the small "mountain" village Buti was a fantastic place. Although we were getting close to the fall season, the weather was excellent, and the beautiful pool (with everything kids need) was used every day. «Antonio and Sylvia are amazing! They greeted us when we got there, and took us through the house. Then they were readily available whenever we had questions, via text or email was best. Then when we left, they gave us the most thoughtful gift to remember our vacation. The view from the house over the towns is unmatched and we had so much fun in the evenings sitting out on the patio playing cards or just talking. We highly recommend this house!»

«The villa was everything we had hoped for. You can get away from it all but are still close to the adorable town of Peccioli and just an hour to Florence. The owners are highly responsive and have thought of everything. The A/C works quite well if you must use it (we didn’t need it so much in late May), and the WiFi worked really well. «We are big coffee drinkers and found that once we figured out how to use the Moka pots, we thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee while overlooking the countryside. Travel to Montespertoli for a quick gelato or bite to eat was quite easy, so even though the property is wonderfully private, it is not too far from things to do. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation with memories to last a lifetime!»

«The house was amazing, we had the entire top floor of the house, which had large bedrooms, common area and kitchen. The entire place was very nice and was quiet, which made it easy to relax and end a nice holiday. The pool area is share with other renters in the area, but was not an issue during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.»

«The house is amazing with picturesque views and wonderful space. The pizza oven was amazing! Simone and Cristina were quick to respond if we had questions, provided a wonderful book with information on wineries, restaurants, and much more in the area. Very peaceful spot and easy to get to local attractions. We all fell in love with the house and area! We all highly recommend this house for your stay in the San Gimignano area.»

«If you are looking for quintessential Tuscany, Stay here ! This villa is a wonderful piece of history, with breathtaking views.The outdoor gardens were in full bloom and beautiful.
