«We had a very nice stay at Corrine and Mark's cabin in West Chezy. Great location, close to mountains and biking options and not far from Lake Placid. Our dogs were welcome and appreciated by our hosts. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Overall a great stay!»

«Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock ...

«The cabin was really cute and set against beautiful wooded trees (but you're still really close to other cabins/houses). The lake is truly just a 2 min walk away and is beautiful. The bed was comfortable but this is a small studio cabin. The kitchen, living area, and bedroom are all one room. The bathroom is in an indoor/outdoor space. I wouldn't recommend this cabin from more than a couple of nights as the toilet has limited capacity and it is hard to cook in the small space. The grill is ...

«First of all. We didn’t know the water wasnt potable so we had to grab our own. When we pulled up it’s a barn attached to a house and you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the “apartment” it’s a barn so lots of black flies upstairs so we didn’t use the beds. Spiders all over the place. Beach was beautiful and overall the place was very peaceful but the shower we didn’t use because we didn’t trust the water. Not a place I would take a child under 7. «A great spot from which to enjoy hiking and walking in the Adirondacks. The nearby Ausable Marsh is a gem. We saw great blue herons, an osprey nest, ducks, and other wildlife. Also highly recommended as a good point from which to visit Ticonderoga to the south, and Montreal to the north.»

«We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was comfortable, secluded, peaceful, charming and nice and simple. Totally chilled out and relaxed in the pleasant and beautiful lakeside retreat. Did some kayaking and swimming...Had a bonfire.. Did some site seeing...Don't miss Ausable Chasm and Texas Red Hots (2miles north). The owners, were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Grounds were clean. Brought our dog, Zoey and she enjoyed it too. The getaway we needed. Thank you»

«9.5/10! Vey clean, comfortable cabin with dockage and power. Like all cabins, it's quaint and quirky, but clean, roomy enough on rainy days for the two of us and a Lab, and has a small fridge/freezer, pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. Did I mention that it's clean?!? We can't say enough about how helpful and kind Chris and Larry are. If you need anything, they are available. Great communication about when they won't be on property. At the same time, they also aren't intrusive - they checked ...
