We stayed near the Southern Belle Riverboat so we could walk to the river from the hotel. It was a little longer than we would have liked, but based on the specs online, that’s what we did. The hotel is great, but there are several that are much closer to the river.

Price isn't as good as it sounds. Would have given it 5 ⭐ but upon check out there was a $22 a day parking fee. I even asked if I needed a parking pass which I did need. But, there was never an mention about a fee. When I asked about it she said it clearly states it on the parking pass. Given that you don't have an option if you want to park at the hotel it should've been mentioned up front. There's no where else to park and I've never stayed at a hotel that charges you for parking.

Conveniently located, staff was professional, overall great experience. However, I forgot an item in a drawer after I checked out and called the hotel on the same day to find out if the housekeeper had found it. Front desk said that they would check with housekeeping the next day and call me back. No one returned my, I called the following day in the afternoon and was told that nothing was found in the room.

Most everything was pretty good and as expected. Just minor issues. No parking available one night, all EV charging spots were blocked with non EV vehicles. Conditioner bottle was empty and the bathtub drained extremely slow. Staff was nice and the area was perfect, many restaurants and attractions close by within walking distance.

Property was clean, staff was friendly, parking was easy (parking lot on the side on the property). The only drawback was the elevator did not require your room key to access going up so anyone could take the elevator up to any floor. Most places we stay these days have that safety feature for elevator access

The AC was very load when it came on. You could not hear the TV unless you turned the volume way up and when it cut off the TV was so load and had to be turned back down. It made sleeping difficult.
