Great Space w Great location on King
we loved our stay here. very spacious 3rd floor loft with great balconies. super clean and comes with everything you need esp espresso & coffee! Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. it got noisy at night but the owners have white noise makers to block out the street noise. overall enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Lovely Apartment
Never having visited Charleston, SC before, I spent considerable time choosing an accommodation for a special family birthday. Since we are in our 80s, we definitely depended on availability of the advertised elevator to our 3rd floor apartment. Upon entering we saw that elevator had been out of order for over a week, and was unavailable! It was also obvious host had not checked this (we had no notice), there were no clothes hangars, and kitchen floor was not clean. We reported the elevator immediately, and host receptionist was quite understanding/empathetic in trying to make it right; however, with no other comparable accommodation available, we had an adjustment to cost made, but still had to carefully manage the challenging stair situation.

Great visit and great location
We stayed 3 nights. The place was easy to find and the parking garage is very close. The communication with the host/property manager was great. Check-in instructions are easy to follow and gaining access was not an issue. The penthouse is very clean and decorated very well. The beds are comfortable and it was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Having the small bathroom was nice as well. The kitchen is at the center of the penthouse and is large. All appliances worked and having the coffee amenities there was nice. The balconies are great to hangout in. It was cold while we were there so we did not get to enjoy them as much as we wanted but I guess we just need to come back when it is warmer. The location is great. We walked to almost everything. You have access to great restaurants and bars without needing a car. There were 4 of us in our group, two couples. This place is perfect for that type of getaway. If and when we come back, we would definitely stay here again.

This penthouse is immaculate—spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and exactly as described. The location is fantastic, with many great restaurants and attractions just a short walk away. The host was incredibly accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Wonderful
The apartment was exactly as described, and a great location a bit further north on King Street, but still well within walking distance. We were a 10 min. walk from the Farmers market and walked everywhere- we did Uber to the French quarter. I want to point out that there is noise from the street due to the cars and the nightlife that is noticeable. The owners have taken all the necessary steps to try and mitigate the noise by providing ear plugs sound machines in the bedrooms etc. this didn't bother us, as we were more about the location and would definitely stay here again. The management was very responsive each time I reached out prior to our stay.

Amazing Property in An Amazing City
The place was fantastic and in a great location! Walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. The balcony was an excellent place to hang out and see all the things going on on King Street. Wonderful! Definitely RECOMMEND!!
We really enjoyed the location and newness of this beautiful penthouse. Lovely wrap around outdoor deck and the views of King street at night were great! We felt safe with secured entrance to the building and the elevator to the our unit made it easy to lug our suitcases. Another great feature to this home is the pool table. We loved playing pool with our family at the end of the day. Kept our teenagers busy at night. The amenities are top notch. Lovely kitchen and is stocked with everything you need. Bathrooms are also lovey. Everything is brand new! My only disappointment was the secondary bedroom’s shower had really low water pressure. Needs probably a little fix. We appreciated the decor and everything was well thought out. As an interior designer I notice all the details! My only suggestions to the owner is that they put a binder in the house with several key things. Restaurant suggestions, touring ideas, shopping on King, also cleaning instructions upon check out and how to use the Nespresso machine. Granted you can find it all online, but some guests still like to flip through books. Speaking of books, I would also add some coffee table books around the house. Maybe some local look books to flip through. I was searching for a notepad to write jot ideas down and couldn’t find a pen or paper. Overall WONDERFUL and the correspondence with management was quick and easy! Thank you for a great stay! I definitely recommend this place!!

This rental was perfection! An incredibly convenient location right on King St with all the amenities needed. We loved playing pool at night and lounging on the balconies! And, the decor was modern and fun! We will definitely rent here again.
