«Definitely need a car to access the property as cabs are pricey and no public transportation. The entrance to the property could be more noticeable from the road as I kept driving by it at night due to that and the lack of street lighting on the road. Roc was very attentive and onsite which added an extra sense of security while on the property. »

«The house was well equipped and comfortable with plenty of gathering space for our family. The deck, pool area and dock were all nice spaces with spectactular views. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sipping coffee overlooking the sound. We had a maintenance issue with the pool, but property manager and maintence man addressed it immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay and are thankful to have made wonderful memories on Chalk Sound.»

«We stayed here after 4 months cruising on our sailboat. We needed a place to stay while off loading our boat and prepare it for storage. There are several beaches nearby for enjoying the water. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The views are spectacular, the kayaking is great. Easy in and out access on the waters edge and dock. Outdoor spaces are also very nice.»
