Le propriétaire nous a informé que c'est une annonce frauduleuse en place depuis avril 2023 mais toujoursenligne. Le service client de Hôtel.com n'a pas pu nous reloger. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller alors que tout était complet. Un dossier pour remboursement est en cours»

«Arrivés le jour de notre réservation comme prévu et à notre grande surprise nous apprenons que notre réservation avait été annulée !! Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivés selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . «After booking I received an email stating that I needed to check I by 17:30 otherwise there was an extra 20€ charge. I specifically made sure I was booking a room with a microwave, but when checking in the receptionist said twin rooms don't have kitchen, I had to show her the description on hotels.com staying a kitchennete and she was able to give me a 1 bed apartment, as I needed somewhere to cook my food.
