«Frank was an awesome host. The property was clean and quiet. The neighborhood is okay but I felt safe and there were security cameras on the property. The backyard was simple and fun. Overall a great place to stay if you need something small and clean. Just be aware you either have to pay a $1,500 not guaranteed refundable damage fee or $59 damage insurance. This fee is on top of all the other cleaning, property fee, and tax. Not terrible but just beware»

«I have to start this review off with the fact that the manager who helped us was amazing. Very helpful and very friendly. Also, the plants and flowers that are outside are beautiful. It’s a cute little room. The problem I had with it is that there there’s really nowhere to sit unless you sit on a tiny stool, and the sockets, which are few, are very inconveniently placed and making getting ready difficult, there were no towel hooks, nowhere to conveniently place your shampoo and conditioner in ...

«We stayed here for a few days and it was a comfortable stay except for the heat. The kitchen/ dinning space that you walk into is not air conditioned so when you first walk in its hot in there. It cools down after awhile but we stayed in the bedroom for the most part. If you plan on traveling around and not staying in the space all day it serves it's purpose. Maybe the next upgrade they do is install a split unit in the rooms that can be programmed to cool down a couple hours before you arrive. ...
