«I stayed at this apartment with a co-worker while attending a convention at the convention center. The location was walking distance. In the morning and daylight you felt safe. At night walking back it became a little iffy with unfortunate homelessness and some questionable characters. The apartment itself was perfect when sharing with a co-worker. «Our room had a weird smell but other than that it was clean and everything worked. They have an in-unit washer and dryer and even provide detergent. Downtown PHX is rather industrial but there were a lot of good dining options within walking distance. We felt safe the whole time. The gym only had two treadmills and one of them wasn't working hence only 4 stars on the property condition.»

«Really enjoyed staying at this location! Building was clean and safe, room was clean, great options for sitting outside and walkable distance to downtown shops and restaurants. More inside signs leading to the Sonder rooms would improve the stay, as the halls all look the same and can be confusing. Overall great place to stay »

«Unique vacation experience, more of an aparement style, but overall very quiet, tons of amenities in the building. Very easy neighbourhood to get out of to do day trips from!»

«Overall our stay was great. It had what we needed for our short stay. Place was clean and stocked well enough for just the two of us. The only thing we had a hard time with was the big foam pad on the bed. It wasn’t comfortable and when we looked, the support legs in the middle under the bed weren’t upright and wouldn’t stay upright so we both kept sinking to the middle. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.»
