«We had great stay in this place. It is nice and cosy. A good breakaway and get close to nature. Love to see all the Kangaroo and Emu. The jacuzzi is an extra bonus. If the host can just let us turn on the heater freely for the bathroom instead of using the timer, it will be way much better. We have no clue of when it will be on and off. »

«We enjoyed our stay at the Kookaburra Cottage immensely. The biggest drawcard was probably the location, short walk to the town centre yet quiet and we still got to enjoy the wildlife experience with Kookaburras, kangaroos, and an echidna around the corner! The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit was enjoyed by the family. The heating in the cottage was very adequate which made for a cosy and comfortable stay. «We spent 14 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Jenny was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We were very happy with our little unit and especially enjoyed watching the sunset over the horse paddocks. The close proximity to the rail trail was a bonus. The unit was clean, spacious and had lots of cupboard space. When we are back this way would love to stay again.»

Host Tara was delightful to deal with and very responsive, we extended our stay over the Aust Day weekend with no issue at all. There is no balcony, the barbeque is unusable due to rust everywhere, the bath is pink and disgusting, the garden has not been maintained, the windows need a clean, the cutlery had to be washed before being used, one of the two frying pans is very badly scratched and can't be used, the path you can see in the photos is half overgrown, and the list goes on.
