"The hotel was perfectly located inside the mall that makes our stay convenient and relaxing. Hotel staff was professional and rendered service with a smile. Big plus at they did extra miles to accommodate our needs. Thank you for your help. The breakfast buffet was divined! All Filipino delicious breakfast food was catered, my palette was happy. We felt delighted from bellmen as they are so helpful and friendly everytime going in and out fr.taxi. Amazing stay. "

"The hotel location is a big plus, near the shopping center, north bus terminal, port 1-4 and other establishments. Super convenient if you are planning to visit the mall and enjoy. They have shortcut way going to SM City Mall. The hotel staff from the reception, concierge, security, housekeeping to waiting staff are all friendly and professionally rendered their services with a smile. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. Best breakfast during my vacation. The pool area was my child fave., it is relaxing, safe and spacious. Worth the money to stay here. I'll for sure stay here next time. "

"I rarely write reviews, but I have to now. The service is so poor!! There were times during our stay where we called the reception regarding basic needs; toiletpaper, towels etc. We had to call several times and we were told that they’ll come soon (we gave them 1,5hrs and they still didn’t show up). We went to the reception and picked them up ourselves. This happened multiple times in our short stay there - we’re glad We didn’t stay longer!! The breakfast was decent but other than that - it’s really not worth it. "

"Great hotel with a great location. Nice and clean rooms and very nice staff 😊 the breakfast was very good, maybe the best breakfast in 3,5 week. Better than many 5 starts hotel I’ve stayed at here in Philippines. Unfortunately my checking was delayed 45 minutes due to a full hotel the night before. I booked a room with a washing machine after traveling for 3,5 weeks so I could clean my clothes before continuing my travel. When I started to do the laundry the tumble dryer didn’t work. So this combined with a late check in gave me a very late evening… wasn’t done with my laundry before 10 pm…. They have a laundry room by the reception, if you are booking a room with because of the laundry machine, I would rather have used the machines down by the reception 😊"
