«Absolutely perfect place. It was perfect for couples who want to stay at a place within the local community, away from the busyness of the resort and cruise ships. Great location for local food and quiet local beaches, but also not far from Rum Point and Seven Mile beach if you rent a vehicle. Hosts were incredible. Friendly, prompt communication, helpful with local recommendations; generally wonderful people.»

«Margaret was very helpful and goes out of her way to insure you have a great vacation.Out front is one the rare sandy beaches on the north shore. Apartment is small but has everything you need.»

«Excellent. Keidys our host was very friendly and a good communicator. One bedroom plus couch bed plus trundle bed. Balcony was great. Third floor unit and very quiet. Security and cleaners on site regularly.»

«Very clean. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Beach is eroded but useable. Umbrellas are a nice amenity. The unit needs artwork. Also could use extension cords as outlets are not easily accessible. »

«We had a lovely stay at Botanica! The attention to detail and the beauty of the cottages and fresh foliage everywhere made for a perfect stay. »

«Accommodations were adequate, clean and great for 2 people. Robert and Diane were excellent with communication and ideas for things to do and places to dine. If you are looking for a quiet suite away from seven mile beach, this is the place! Highly recommend! Thanks for everything!»

«We had a great time! The little studio apartment was certainly small, but the kitchenette had pretty much everything we needed to cook (other than a cutting board, which would have helped) and the room was really as expected. What we didn't expect was having access to the ocean via a little dock, where we could get in to snorkel. Amazing! Plus, Millicent, the property manager, ws kind and helpful. »
