«My parents, cousins and daughter stayed with Allen and Dorita for 7 days in March. We had such an amazing experience that was made possible by Allen and his family! The house is modest and comfortable with air conditioning in every room. My favorite touch was sink and mirror in every room. «Just finished our stay here and our family of 4 (2 Teenagers) are walking away with memories to last a life time. Property owner was fantastic at communication, getting our transportation set up to the island and transportation from the airport, everything was seamless. Even had a tour guide come to the property and meet with us to talk about all of our options for excursions - I would highly recommend you do this, we had an amazing time on our excursions. «This house was beautiful!!! We had access to the whole house which included two kitchens , six bedrooms and several bathrooms. Our communication with the owner Ed and his property manager Iris was super easy. They assisted us with our airline shuttle from BZE via Maya Air as well as our golf cart rental and taxi to and from the Ambergris Caye Airport to the house.The location of this house is south of San Pedro, approximately 4 miles or 19 minutes with the golf cart. «Place was nice, it is a little ways out of town but there is a grocery store not to far and plenty of restaurants 5-10 mins away by golf cart. Beautiful view for sunrise and in general. The shared pool was great but we were the only ones there for most of our week. Dock was nice for drop off and pick up for water taxi and snorkeling. I would definitely consider staying here if we come back. »

«We stayed here to enjoy fly fishing & snorkeling and despite the windy conditions making it tough to cast, we were not disappointed. Our son caught the trifecta of saltwater fish (bone fish, permit & tarpon). You can wade & fish the ocean side or even cast from multiple docks along the seawall despite.
