«I stayed on my own at the Little Lugano apartment. It was a wonderful respite from a busy trip. The windows provided a nice view of the neighboring park, and Monte Brè. The kitchen is well stocked, and the washer and drier came in handy. The management company was quite responsive to my questions. I look forward to returning with my spouse for an anniversary someday.»

«It’s a very nice apartment with underground car park. The parking alone is a great usp in Lugano. Modern, clean and equipped with all you. There is even a Nespresso machine with some tabs. However, you should bring your own coffee tabs as I didn't like the ones offered - but that is a question of personal taste. Full kitchen, fridge, freezer, water kettle etc.. Full five stars. We enjoyed our stay there. If I would make recommendation I would invest in a new mattress. The one there is too soft ...

«The property was even bigger than we expected. The views were absolutely beautiful and the location was good. The bus system in Lugano is very good so it’s easy to get around town using the bus(even with luggage). Communication with the manager was great. We had one incident with someone knocking on our door telling us to move our vehicle (we didn’t have a vehicle) and the property manager was very responsive and comforting. «We had a great stay at this property, the check-in/out process was super easy, the unit was very clean and in a great location. We were unaware that wifi would be an extra charge since it is listed as included in the description but other than that we had an excellent stay.»

«Lieblos eingerichtetes Rendite-Objekt. Bad/Dusche im Untergeschoss hat muffig gestunken, Schimmel.... der Gestank war im ganzen UG und Schlafzimmer, sodass das UG kaum nutzbar war. Trotz Frühlingshaften Temperature war es zu kalt in der Wohnung, eine mobile Stromheizung musste permanent laufen. Darum musst auf der Veranda über dem Wohnzimmer geschlafen werden... Aber... es war ein billiges Bett, die Matrazen sind ständig vom Bettrost runter gerutscht... Eine Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht.»

«We had high hopes for our stay at this apartment in Lugano. Yes it has the lovely advertised view but it has a number of shortcomings that were difficult to reconcile with the nightly rate. Firstly the parking is terrible. The parking space is only 2.1m wide and only the narrowest of cars will fit, such as a Fiat 500. Our Peugeot 308 had 4cm clearance on either side and no way to open any doors. The alternative car park is restricted to 2 hours on Mon - Sat and was full when we found it. It ...
