«I stayed here for 2 nights with my family and booked last minute. Location was great and it was a clean and comfortable stay. If you have any mobility issues however, I wouldn't recommend as we stayed at the top which had narrow steep stairs. Other odd quirks were there was not one bowl in the room or kitchen. Also we booked for 3 people and arrived to a room with a fold out and had to find the bedding. We found a fitted sheet available (but didn't fit the fold out couch properly) and a blanket ...

«The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from. There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up. Saying all of that we would probably stay again.»

«Booked this for a wedding at the Harbour Hotel in St Ives. It's about a 30 minute walk if you don't have a car which was fine for us. The room is gorgeous but it does not come with nice shampoo or conditioner, not a huge problem but I assumed it would given the pictures and had to nip out to Tesco to get some. Otherwise it was perfect, amazing bath tub with a view.»

«Stayed with my friend, impressions are mixed. The room was clean, but the furniture is a bit worn out. Good location — a bus stop and shops are nearby, which is very convenient. The staff were polite, but the service could be more proactive. It's fine for a budget trip, but there’s no wow-factor.»

«Agnes is so welcoming and a ray of sunshine! The breakfast is a very high standard, your bedroom will be furnished beautifully and the beds are comfy. Located close to the center and free parking. The hosts will go out of there way to explain the attractions near by. Highly recommended and will be back, has made our visit to cornwall very enjoyable. »

«Good convenient location, clean room, comfortable bed. Jackie was helpful & very welcoming. There is public car park next to property so it can be a bit noisy from the road but it didn't troubled me much. I would recommend this guest house and happily book again if I travel to Newquay again.»
