«The apartment was dated but clean, quite cold even with the heaters, the 2nd bedroom heater didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t working and one half of the recliner sofa didn’t recline. Overall a lovely stay and the issues didn’t affect our holiday as we were only there for a few days but when I tried to contact someone regarding the issues I go no response which was disappointing.»

«This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it.»

«We had a relaxing Christmas break, it was a very spacious apartment for 5 adults. The apartment was tastefully decorated and was exactly as described. The kitchen was a great size for cooking Xmas dinner, and it was very well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, baking trays etc. The huge fridge freezer was brilliant for catering over the Christmas period. «We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Bryn Melyn apartment. It's walking distance to the town centre (although it's a bit hilly.) The room is sparklingly clean, cozy and spacious, and has a stunning view. Barmouth is lovely town and has lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended.»

«Number 1 Afon Y Felin is an excellent property which was clean, modern and nicely presented and importantly, very good value for money. The property manager, Craig, was absolutely on top of his game and ensured that any queries were addressed promptly and efficiently. Having an electric car charging point is a superb feature for the increasing number of EV owners.
