«My husband, dogs, and I stayed for a long weekend in Oct 2024 so we could do hiking trips with out a long commute from our home on upper Cape. It was an ideal location to go to Race Point Beach, Nauset Beach, and Chatham. The property was immaculate, pictures shown absolutely represent the charm of the property. Lots of little extras like a bag of dog treats, bottles of water, kcups, etc. They even had towels & blankets for dogs. Bathrobes to use the jacuzzi. We used the jacuzzi out last ...

«We thoroughly enjoyed our one-month stay in Brewster. The house is beautifully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and Weber gas grill. The host provides timely responses to inquiries and is very accommodating. We especially loved the proximity to the 25-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail for running, walking & biking, and the wild turkeys who wandered through the yard. We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!»

«Great location, even with the weather being awful we were able to utilize some of the amenities. »

«We are a family of 11 (10 Adults and 1 child under 2). We need a lot of bedroom and bathroom space to accommodate our group and because we are gathering to prepare full thanksgiving meal we also need a kitchen with space. The many bedroom options and 2 kitchens worked great for us! House was clean and location was beautiful on the pond! We would stay again and found everything to be easy and no issues to report. »

«I booked this listing for a short getaway with my wife. The home was exactly as the listing described. About a 10 minutes walk to the beach and a 20 minutes walk to downtown hyannis. We ended up driving to downtown, plenty of free parking. The beds were softer than we typically prefer but that's subjective . Our host was accommodating and responsive and even allowed an early check in. I would recommend staying here!»

«We truly enjoyed our time at the Cape. The house was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with new kitchen appliances. In a nice neighborhood. Only a few issues. Clothes dryer did not work. Upstairs toilet flushing mechanism was tricky. And downstairs dehumidifier had no instructions and would have overflowed had we not discovered that it drained into a closet. We tried reached out to manager and owner but heard nothing. But those things didn’t affect our trip much. Just caused some ...

«This is a lovely property near Mashpee. It is very close to the beach and part of a larger resort community. Very convenient to other areas (most of the Cape is within an hour's drive--Ptown slightly longer). Extremely quiet and comfortable. Lovely outdoor seating area. Very cozy. »

«Very easy to find and warm and welcoming, just like the pictures. We cooked some meals and went to several beaches, all beautiful with lovely weather. There was tons of wildlife around the property and time was spent at the pond as well as bird watching on the great deck. We can’t thank you enough Jim for sharing your family place and experiencing a little Cape autumn magic »

«It wad only 5 days and 4 nught..but even tho the house was cleaned and emptied by 2 we vould not enter because it was too early...and yet we had to be out by 10am on our ladt day..so really only had 3 days at cottage though charged for 5..the shades are not blavk our so youre up at 5am..and onlt the upper part of the beach umbrella was there»

«We were on the Cape for a family wedding. The house was perfect for our portion of family and could have fit more! The unfortunate rain kept us from any real outdoor fun but the selection of games occupied us when not celebrating my niece. This is a beautiful, clean and very comfortable house.
