«The stay was magnificent. The concierge was super duper helpful, quick to respond to any messages or help regardless of the time. She also provide some amazing recommendations for restaurants, excursions, in room couple massages, dining and several other services. «When we arrived there was no hot water. We spent the first part of the stay getting the hot water fixed. While we were in the loft we noticed there were cockroaches. And the lights and fan controls over the range didn’t work. The refrigerator leaked water across the kitchen floor. And the night table lamp upstairs was broken.»

«No one spoke English. Not actually in Cap Cana resort. Couldn't find apartment. Bugs in kitchen. Shower would not completely drain. Looked like blood stains on bathroom wall.. Left in less than a day.»
