«It had a beautiful view of the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Easy access to transportation. A 7-Eleven on the corner, which made it convenient to buy supplies. The only drawback To have to walk up and down the hill and that really wasn’t that bad.»

«The property is all good and quiet (except the cooker is faulty). It is walkable distance to the market and parks, although it can get really busy with traffic. The room is clean, relaxing - there’s hot water in the shower but it doesn’t last long, it gets cold before you even finish showering. No lift to go up to your room nor down, so if you have lots of luggage it’s a struggle, especially if your room is on the top, and stuff won’t help to take your belongings upstairs so be prepared for ...

«Griffin Lodge is a SCAM!! We had a confirmed booking on this place for February 25-27, 2022, also paid online and that it is no refund for any cancellations or rebooking. When we arrived, the whole place was barricaded with bamboo fencing. There were bystanders outside dilly dallying which looks weird and told us that there is nobody inside and that the place has been non-operational for more than two years. We tried contacting all the phone numbers associated with Griffin Lodge and there was no ...

«I honestly would not stay here again. I found it very difficult to get to and from the house and town. Taxis and jeepneys just wouldn't stop. The house and room were nice overall,fairly spacious and comfortable. There are so many dogs outside though, that like to bark very early in the morning. So it's hard to sleep in in the mornings. I would definitely pay more to stay closer to town and in a more quieter area of the mountainous city.»

«What an absolutely wonderful experience from check in to check out. Alvin was such a great host and Opalie was very helpful in getting us to our unti.The rooms were super clean and very well decorated with great amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of that you need. I will highly recommend this place.»
