«I spent five nights with my dog and we were both comfortable. Very relaxing and quiet space with a park and walking/biking paths right nearby. All the animals were so fun to have at the back of the property, too. I came for some rest and solitude. A very easy and clean space and the kitchenette has everything you'll need. Heidi and Todd were the perfect hosts, giving me complete privacy but available if needed. Highly recommend!»

«Eva’s place allowed us to have a great time in the Ojai Valley. The place was on the small side but very clean and tidy. It accommodated 2 adults, 1 9 yr old and a dog perfectly. The outdoor space was great for our daughter and the dog. It wasn’t high end but was cozy and comfortable.»

Proximity to the car free main Street with many restaurants and movie theater within about five or six blocks.This apartment was the only one that was on the upper level so there was no one on either side and it was very quiet. «Lovely space with full kitchen, dining and bath and a comfy full size bed. My only complaint is that due to the weather the space was very cold throughout. The one room heater provided in the front room is not sufficient. I had to turn on the oven and open the door to keep the chill out then turn it off once I went to bed. A recommendation: Maybe the owner can provide another heating source for the other part of the space. Aside from that, I do plan to come back.»

«Chris was quick to respond. The studio apartment was very comfortable and the owners had it equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. They had a Brita filled and waiting for us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Highly recommend.»

«This was a great duplex!! It was steps to the sandy beach. I enjoyed my stay, although I was in contact with the host everyday due to NO TV. So if you like a little tv to unwind, make sure they fixed the tv. I say if it’s not working, do not list it as a feature. This was 3 days of messages back and forth with no success. Thankfully I have family nearby and I was able to walk on the beach twice a day. »

Good amount of space for myself &11 year old grandson. Used washer & dryer easily. Make sure you have quarters. Neighbors in above unit kind of noisy. All & all a good spot.»

«The place is beautiful! We had us, our adult daughter, her boyfriend and our two younger kids. We could have fit more people if we needed to. The decor is cute, the place was clean, a short walk to the beach and some restaurants or if you got in the car the harbor area is just a 5 minute drive! If the opportunity presents itself, we will definitely stay her again!»

There’s quite a few things we are unhappy with: the sleeping situation is probably the most horrible we’ve dealt with in a very long time. The pullout bed is a mess. It’s slanted downward at the head, Of course it’s a pullout so super uncomfortable but this one is old and clearly worn out. And there’s light coming in through the windows ...
