Let’s be honest it’s not the nicest hotel but all the staff make up for all the physical inconsistency of the hotel. They should change the name to Staff Hotel because with out them it’s just a big older house»

«Although getting a little run down its still a good place to stay for the price. It would be nice if they actually checked each room to see if the heating and air conditioning works, our room was ok, but another guest could not get their room cooled down and the air conditioning did not work. I had one room that was like a sauna unfortunately.»

«Room was nice, and clean. Staff was polite and professional. Affordable hotel for a weekend get away. The only thing I didn't like was the parking lot was too congested. Other than that, I'd definitely consider staying here again.»

«After checking in, I had to pickup goldfish and jellybeans off our room floor before my littles found them. Our room was not vacuumed. It was dirty. The pool never had any towels. The elevator was out of order and we were on the 4th floor with four small kids. Called front desk to request a blanket and they told us to come get it but only allowed one. We won’t stay here again. »

«Vi hadde king suite så rommet var stort og fint. Stort bad. Kort spasertur til Calgary stampede, ca 20 minutter. Hyggelig hotell, gode senger og rent. Frokosten var derimot ikke så bra. Dårlig utvalg og lite plass i spisesalen.»

«Comfort would have been way higher, but our room tempature was so high and very uncomfortable to sleep. When we tried to decrease it on the thermostate, it didnt respond or become cooler. So we had to try to sleep in 25° room when we sleep in about 19. Way to hot and wished the room to be cooler.»

«The lobby was under renovation, but the rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. Great choice of restaurants around the hotel. We had a great time. Would highly recommend this hotel. Hopefully the renovation is done.»
