«Our stay was great! The host let us checkout late since we had a later flight. Location was fantastic! Just steps from the beach!! All appliances are newer and the kitchen included plates, bowls, coffee cups, toaster, blender, etc! There were beach towels to use, as well as beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler. Additionally, there was grill to use - which is how we made our Thanksgiving meal there was construction right next door, but did not impact our stay one bit. »

It’s not fancy, and like others have stated, it could use a “refresh” on some of the furniture / paint, however, it was clean and all functional. If you like a low key location with a very quiet beach, you are laid back, and don’t need fancy furnishings/decor , then this place is perfect! Would absolutely stay here again. »

«Clean. Well, laid out. Plenty of towels in the shed for us to use, along with tons of boogie boards, floaty’s chairs, and umbrellas There were hooks everywhere, which made it easy to dry off swimsuits. The host friendly and available. The recreation area was just paradise. My kids were able to walk to the beach, barefoot. The only downside was that we got a lot of mosquito bites our first night. I was able to reduce it by spraying the front door with mosquito repellent, since there were gaps ...

«Cannot stress enough how amazing the property and local area is. Beautifully presented yet felt homely and modern at the same time. Everything you could possibly need for a 1 night stay or 2 weeks. Literally 10 seconds walk from the beach where you can catch the dolphins and pelicans. Great communication throughout and very accommodating to our requests. Will definitely stay here again, here’s hoping for availability in May 26.»

«We stay here with a group of 20 people. The rooms were nicely set up. We loved how they had towels and little snacks provided when we arrive. The staff that stop by to empty outdoor trash and spray down the patio were extremely kind and helpful. The little cabana facing the ocean was nice! We took advantage of the pool and the lounge chairs at the ocean. Great stay!!»

«The cottage was perfect for us! Our daughter and her puppy vacationed with us there. The cottage was clean, well-appointed regarding linens, furnishings, etc. Our host, Denay was very good at communicating important info to us. And the location is perfect...right next to the Pinellas Trail and walking distance to the gulf and the downtown area of Dunedin. Highly recommend this cottage, in fact we will probably rent again in the future! :)»
