«Unit is in nice location . Enjoyed our stay but several maintenance issues - washing machine and dish washer not working… shower lights flicker - then go off. Unit needs some updating…. Owner was responsive - offered to have someone wash clothes but we jut hand washed….»

Door code was sent via phone which worked for me in this case, but a walkthrough would have been helpful. The interior is stylish but needs some TLC. Only one skillet was useful, others need to be replaced. No mention of steep spiral stairs to main bedroom which could be a hazard if kids are staying or other guest has mobility limitations. «My husband and I really enjoyed our week's stay at Costa Caracol. Very comfortable and well appointed condo with a beautiful ocean view. Wonderfully maintained and peaceful resort with many pools to choose from to relax at. Enjoyed eating at the resort restaurants a couple of times and also found it easy to head into San Jose del Cabo or downtown Cabo. Overall a lovely vacation and stay at Caracol.»

«The property manager, Patty, was so helpful and a joy to communicate with. The condo is on the second floor and within 1 minute walking to the pool area. The bed in the Master bedroom is VERY high so if you can't hop into bed beware. All in all a great place to stay, much closer to San Jose Del Cabo. We had a great time»

«No contact from owner or host. We called vrbo and told them and they said we had to wait until check in time to verify it was a fraud location. I called multiple times because I did not want to go to Mexico without the location being confirmed or how to access. Nothing was ever provided and we had to get another location to stay through another provider. Customer service said we would get a refund on checkin day if we didn’t get a response from the owner. It is now 5 days later and still no ...
