«Our room was newly remodeled and lovely. The owners keep it well stocked with everything you need. All of the appliances in the kitchen are high end. There is even a nice selection of spices and herbs in the pantry. The condo is on the ground floor with a very nice porch. You can walk onto the grass and right around the corner is the pool and hot tub. You don’t have to look at it or hear the noise, but it is very close. The ocean view from this condo is spectacular and very close too!!»

«Unit is in nice location . Enjoyed our stay but several maintenance issues - washing machine and dish washer not working… shower lights flicker - then go off. Unit needs some updating…. Owner was responsive - offered to have someone wash clothes but we jut hand washed….»

«We had a lovely 9 day stay at this condo. Gorgeous views and plenty of space. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need for a short or long term stay. Host was very communicative and helped with any questions we had. Highly recommend this property.»

«Great location, unobstructed view of beach and surf. Disappointing guidance from host agency. No show to meet at unit. Door code was sent via phone which worked for me in this case, but a walkthrough would have been helpful. The interior is stylish but needs some TLC. Only one skillet was useful, others need to be replaced. No mention of steep spiral stairs to main bedroom which could be a hazard if kids are staying or other guest has mobility limitations. «My husband and I really enjoyed our week's stay at Costa Caracol. Very comfortable and well appointed condo with a beautiful ocean view. Wonderfully maintained and peaceful resort with many pools to choose from to relax at. Enjoyed eating at the resort restaurants a couple of times and also found it easy to head into San Jose del Cabo or downtown Cabo. Overall a lovely vacation and stay at Caracol.»

«No contact from owner or host. We called vrbo and told them and they said we had to wait until check in time to verify it was a fraud location. I called multiple times because I did not want to go to Mexico without the location being confirmed or how to access. Nothing was ever provided and we had to get another location to stay through another provider. Customer service said we would get a refund on checkin day if we didn’t get a response from the owner. It is now 5 days later and still no ...

«The host was extremely helpful, he arranged our 4 tee times for the week. He also gave us good advice about the resort and the area. Jessica, the concierge, was great. She made reservations for dinner as well as for a catamaran. The resort has a poolside restaurant that is excellent for lunch. The apartment is very well taken care of and had plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was easy to barbecue outside as well as to cook in the kitchen.»
