Broken furniture, refrigerator, scratch on the walls, table should be convenience to use. Staff are great, beautiful hotel but old therefore the price is a bit high and I have booked through Expidia, you call it third party.

The aesthetics outside and in the halls was nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortably and the Jacuzzi wasn't that loud. It has been a comfortable stay

The Internet did not work the entire time I was there. I called down to the young guy with the long curly hair who was working on June 18 when I checked in at 8:00 PM and he gave me some story about. Maybe I was far away from the router, and I asked him if the Internet only worked in certain parts of the hotel to which he said he wasn’t sure And was no help It’s ridiculous that there is no Internet working in this hotel asked him to maybe move my room and he said the hotel was full hotel charges. This amount should have Internet that works every single place in the hotel and every single day. I have stayed there dozens of times and the TV time don’t work, absolutely ridiculous

The AC in the room was not working properly. Even when set to 65F it was not sufficiently cold. The room service did not clean / change the bed sheets. The breakfast provided at a fee was pathetic- it seemed like they just got stuff from gas station and toasted it and gave it to us . We ordered waffles and avacado toast . The avacado toast was given to us had guacamole which was chilled and given to us with boiled eggs which were cold as well . Never booking with them again.

It looks great at a distance but when you get inside the carpet is stained and it gets dissapointing because when you get in the room everything is a bit old and warn out

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights, found through Expedia.com. king jacuzzi suite. We have no complaints what so ever. Every thing was great. Staff were very helpful and polite with every question. We have never been out together in 21 years we stayed here to go see niagara falls and it was great. The travel back and forth wasn't bad at all. Our room was clean smelled good linens etc. Every thing clean neat and organized. Definitely coming back in just a cpl short months with our youngest daughter we can't wait to book the same jacuzzi suite we just had.

Looks like it was probably a great property in the 80’s. Run down, not the cleanest. Im sure I was bitten by something during our two day stay. Jacuzzi didn’t work which was probably god saving us from infection. Breakfast was good,
