«Very helpful remote staff and easy to locate. Room was small and had a nice large window and comfortable bed. Great to have a kitchenette and place to make food and tea/coffee. Bathroom was not clean or easy to access at times since it was in the apartment hallway. Shower did not provide consistent hot water so we didn’t get to shower each day which was a disappointment. Maybe provide some hand sanitizer, hand towels and instructions for how to use the shower’s water heater unit? Thank you so ...

«I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. «Travelled to Bristol as our daughter was on a residential trip so my wife and I decided to have a short break ourselves. Emailed the farm to let them know that we would be checking in later on the evening. Laura emailed me back within the hour giving me instructions if I was going to be later than anticipated. «Quick check in warm welcome, room clean , excellent measures put in place for corona virus hand gel stations all over hotel . Meals are really tasty and come out piping hot, big cooked breakfast really tasty .»

«I was disappointed that, although there seemed to be very few guests staying, we didn't have a sea view. Instead we had a view of the back of the driving range. Although the room was overall very clean, the dark carpet had obvious bleach spills and stains all over, and new carpets were definitely needed. «I was in a single room at the top of the house. Very clean but dated. Continental breakfast was left in the room, there’s a fridge with milk, yogurt, cheese, flapjack, ham, juice and a roll. Cereals, tea coffee and sugar supplied. Comfortable bed. I stayed two nights and room serviced when I was out. I was at the back of the property so away from any noise from the main road. Good position for getting into Bristol. Small car park, maybe 4 cars. Hungry Horse pub opposite.»
