«We stayed for a Birthday weekend for my Husband. It is close to everything and nice quiet neighborhood. The Renters in the basement are quiet and we hardly knew they were there. This home is clean and cozy. »

«This cabin was perfect for our stay. 6 Adults, 3 children under 2, and 2 dogs. Plenty of room for all of us. The cabin was clean and appeared exactly as it looked in the pictures. Location was great.. short drive to N Conway center and walking distance to Tuckerman’s Tavern (Highly recommend!). Matt was an excellent host. He was very responsive to the small issues that we had and worked to fix them right away. My only complant was that the gas stove in the living room was out of service which ...

«The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them.»

«Our family of 4 stayed at the Abbott Brook in the Chalet B and it was the perfect place to stay. The chalet was well stocked, clean and very cute. The host Richard was fantastic to work with as his responses were quick and pleasant. The location is perfect for those wanting to go to Cranmore Mountain and visit North Conways main drag. We would definitely stay here again. »

« We had a great time at the Chalet. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Santa’s Village was a quick hour drive through the mountains, was great for the kids. Multiple close restaurants with great takeout. The chalet itself was very clean and had all we needed for the stay. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pot/pans as well as plates/cups/silverware for nights in. Access to the pools across the street was great and may have been my kids favorite part of the trip. ...

«Great stay. Very easy to find and check in, very safe property off the road with little traffic and as it's a small neighborhood all the traffic is slow. Took 3 young kids (3,3,8) and they loved it. The chalet is warm and cozy, two lower bedrooms and the loft which can sleep 3-4. the kids loved sleeping in the loft. There were plenty of heaters and a gas stove so the chalet gets nice and warm. The screen porch was great with the hot tub and the kids were in it multiple times a day. The ...

«We only spent one night but would definitely come back. The place was clean and had everything you need. Very comfortable with great views. Owner is very responsive and helped with all the questions I had prior to the stay. Only hard thing was there are a lot of stairs from the parking lot to the house so just something to note if carrying luggage a long way is hard for you. Otherwise it is a wonderful place to stay!»

«The property was well maintained and the view of the mountains was amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the patio looking at the sunset. Great location, near a lot of hiking trails and parks. One thing to be mindful of is that while the property accommodates 8 people as listed, it only provides parking for one car and the hot water tank may not be adequately sized for 8 people. This is not a major issue, but it’s useful to be aware of in advance.»

«I would have given this property 5 stars except for the sketchy kitchen equipment. When traveling with pets it is often difficult to go out to eat. Therefore we made three meals a day and wished for 1)a toaster oven 2)electric kettle and 3) more hot pads, kitchen towels, and spatulas»

One of our favorite activities was flying paper airplanes from the balcony of the top floor to the living room. Thank you for leaving two small foam airplanes to inspire us.
