Subject: Complaint Regarding Room Condition and Service
Dear Baymont in Bremerton Wa.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the accommodations during my recent stay at your hotel. We booked a three-bedroom suite, but upon arrival, we discovered that the beds were not made up—there were no sheets, blankets, or pillowcases provided. This was highly unexpected and unacceptable for a reservation of this kind.
Jennifer, a staff member on duty, was very apologetic and seemed genuinely mortified about the situation. However, the resolution offered was far from satisfactory. Instead of receiving the three-bed suite we had booked and paid for, we were relocated to a much smaller room with only two beds, which felt like little more than a closet. This arrangement did not meet the needs of our group, and it significantly diminished our experience.
I expected a much higher standard of service and preparation, especially given the cost and reputation of your hotel. I kindly request an explanation for this situation and a resolution, such as a refund or a future credit, to address the inconvenience we experienced.
