When we came to our room, we had got two separate beds instead of one double. We complained and were told that we didn´t had asked for it, but they would try to find another room for us. Luckily we got another room, but after 30 minutes. The room were in the other end of the hotel, so we had to take a long walk every time we went somewhere. Furthermore the room were cold and the bathroom were freezing - absolutely no heat on the floor. Later we found out that there were no hot water in the sink and shower, only in the bathtub. The carpet on the floor had spots of dirt. When we went to the restaurant/bar for some food, none asked if we wanted to see the menu so we had lunch another place. Later we asked in the reception for an adapter to recharge the mobile phone, and the lady looked at us as we had asked for a circus. Grumpy she said that they didn't had that. The hotel had only Wifi in the reception. Unfortunately our room were close to a disco, so we didn't get much sleep that night. And I'm surprised that the picture they use in the advertisement for the hotel is not from the hotel. The hotel is old, and the picture makes it look much more fresh than it is... Sadly. I will never stay there again!
