«It was a generally accessible location (10 min walk to nearest LRT which has free trains within downtown and is also close to 17th Ave with lots of restaurants). The unit itself also looked generally like the pictures. However, the details were lacking. There were stains on one of the towels, blankets (though the sheets were fine), and couch. «Upon check in we noticed the smell of fish upon entry. The wifi was not working and took 3 hours to fix.The only toilet did not work. We struggled to find things to cook with as there were no pots, pans or cooking trays, just grease and old food in the oven. ANTS EVERYWHERE. No shampoo for or body wash, just an empty conditioner bottle. There was a constant shaking of the walls and constant screaming from kitchen above there was an incident where the alarms went off and scared my kids during ...

«Great little flat for a stay in Calgary. Very close to Downton with the river and it's walks just a 2 minute walk behind the building. Property manager was always easily contactble Quite an older building so don't expect the Ritz. Has all the useful amenities such as WiFi »

«Forced to provide ID for all my guests. This is not necessary and very unsafe to have to send in various ID via email. Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival. Apartment has stained carpet, broken kitchen faucet, no box spring (mattress basically on floor), broken ice dispenser, dirty drawers, dirty shower, broken deadlock. Bedroom extremely hot.
