The Space:
Hampson Farm Stay Hill Top by Tiny Away is situated in a rural setting in Boorabee Park, on the farthest corner of the house yard, offering you well-deserved privacy and spectacular views of the valley.
What's more, our holiday homes are only an hour’s drive from popular spots like Byron Bay, Minyon Falls, Byron Bay Lighthouse, and Protesters Falls.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).
If you plan to spend your farm stay NSW getaway, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Hampson Farm Stay Valley View," available with 24 hours' notice in advance.
As an added note, the tiny house is 50 meters from the main house and 150 meters from the road. The distance between the two-holiday homes would be approximately 100 metres, with the main house in between them.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the main house, 3 bay sheds, BBQ area, and horse paddocks without (supervision) prior arrangement with the land host.
Guests will have access to the stables; only if they have/brought their horses onto the property.
NOTICE TO ALL: Please note that guests are required to provide an Australian contact number for easier communication. Bookings will not be accepted without an Australian phone number.

Hampson Farm Stay Hill Top by Tiny Away is situated in a rural setting in Boorabee Park, high on the hill, surrounded by rolling hills of rural properties of horses, cattle, and other farm animals in the area.
Our holiday homes are conveniently located just an hour's drive from the fantabulous activities Byron Bay has to offer.

- Northern Rivers Rail Trail - Casino to Bently is a must-do experience in the Northern Rivers region.
- Minyon Falls offers stunning vistas of waterfalls, walking trails among natural woods, and bird watching.
- The Byron Bay Lighthouse is a popular attraction with a rich history of shipwrecks that stands on Australia's most easterly point.
- The Pegasus Park Equestrian Centre is one of the oldest horse ranches in Byron Bay, offering horse riding lessons and coastal drives.
- Behind the Barrel is a recommended full guided brewery experience in Byron Bay where you can learn the best craft beer and spirits in the area.
- Protesters Falls is a short trek through the World Heritage rainforest that leads to amazing waterfalls near Lismore in Nightcap National Park.
Getting Around:
By car:
Guests will need a 4WD vehicle or an all-wheel drive to access the tiny house.

- 29 min, 34 km drive to Lismore
- 2 hrs 45 min, 230 km drive to Brisbane QLD
By public transport:
From Brisbane, you can take a train/bus to nearest towns, then catch a taxi or hire car.
Other Things to Note:
- High speed unlimited WIFI is available
- Telstra has a weak signal. Optus, Vodafone, 2degrees & Spark have no signal
- The outdoor firepit is unavailable during total fire bans from September 1st to April.
- Firewood is available upon request at an additional cost, payable in cash to the host on-site. Please provide 24 hours' notice.
- No Pets are allowed to stay
- Parking is limited to ONLY ONE VEHICLE
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have a dam and a creek, so please be careful
- Smoking is only permitted out the front of the tiny home
- Please exercise caution as we have electric fences on the property
- We have potential noise from pets, horses, and other farm animals
- No weapons :Firearms, bows, and arrows are prohibited on the property
- Children under 2 years old and below are allowed to stay but with prior notice
- Late checkout incurs an extra charge payable in cash directly to the host before leaving the property, $20 per person per hour or part there of
Prearranged Activities
- Interaction with the horses (not riding) is available with prior notice
- Horse stable and yard accommodation is available and free for stay. We ask guests to be responsible for their horses' droppings as the hosts are not responsible for their horses' care. As an added note, there will be no riding on the property
Important note:
- Please take note to inform us 24 hrs before arrival
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
