The Space:
Hampson Farm Stay Hill Top is situated in a rural setting in Boorabee Park, high on the hill overlooking the countryside, offering you well-deserved privacy and spectacular views of the valley. What's more, we are just an hour's drive from Byron Bay, Minyon Falls, Byron Bay Lighthouse, and Protesters Falls.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be a second tiny house called "Hampson Farm Stay Valley View" that sits on the same properly. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.
As an added note, the tiiny house is 50 meters from the main house and 150 meters from the road. The distance between the 2 tiny houses would be approximately 100 metres, with the main house in between them
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the main house, 3 bay sheds, BBQ area, and horse paddocks without (supervision) prior arrangement with the land host
Guests will have access to the stables; only if they have/brought their horses onto the property. Guests will need a 4WD vehicle or an all-wheel drive to access the tiny house.

Hampson Farm Stay Hill Top is situated in a rural setting in Boorabee Park, high on the hill, surrounded by rolling hills of rural properties of horses, cattle, and other farm animals in the area.

- Protesters Falls is a short trek through the World Heritage rainforest that leads to amazing waterfalls near Lismore in Nightcap National Park.
Getting Around:
By car:
Guests will need a 4WD vehicle or an all-wheel drive to access the tiny house.

- 2 hrs 45 min, 230 km drive to Brisbane QLD
By public transport:
From Brisbane, you can take a train/bus to nearest towns, then catch a taxi or hire car.
Other Things to Note:
- High speed unlimited WIFI is available
- No Pets are allowed to stay
- Gas BBQ grill is available to use all year round
- Children under 2 years old and below are allowed to stay but with prior notice
- Parking for one vehicle only is available
- Outdoor firepit is not available to use during a total fire ban from 1st September through to April.
- Firewood is provided at an extra cost, depending on how much the host can buy it for. This is available on request payable in cash directly to the host on site. 24 hours notice if firewood is needed
- Interaction with the horses (not riding) may be arranged.
- Telstra has a weak signal. Optus, Vodafone, 2degrees & Spark have no signal
- Horse stable and yard accommodation is available and free for stay. We ask guests to be responsible for their horses' droppings as the hosts are not responsible for their horses' care. As an added note, there will be no riding on the property
- No weapons :Firearms, bows, and arrows are prohibited on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have a dam and a creek, so please be careful
- Smoking is only permitted out the front of the tiny house
- Please exercise caution as we have electric fences on the property
- We have potential noise from pets, horses, and other farm animals
Important note:
- Please take note to inform us 24 hrs before arrival
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
