«We have stayed at this property 2 years ago and was very impressed with the apartment and location. It’s city center and comveniently located around many shops, restaurants, and transportation. If you stay in Balogna and don’t rent a car this place is perfect. It was also clean and comfortable. »

«As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. «We enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. It has been tastefully renovated; everything is in its place and is of excellent quality. We enjoyed the kitchen/sitting area setup - especially the variety of snacks and tea and coffee. Having a washing machine is a bonus. Just be aware that your clothes must air dry. Communication with the property manager was exceptional and we felt well looked after during our stay. »

«Great communication by owner up until arrival. Once issues were idetfied and arose it became sporradic and no one showed up to take care of the issues. Apartment was not cleaned for what seems like weeks prior our arrival. Really filthy. Once escalated we had to stay behind and deal with cleaning staff ourselves rather than owner. Couch/bed was broken upon arrival and never fixed. So listed three beds were never actually available.»

«Nice flat with everything we needed in the kitchen and a washing machine. There was even washing powder so after traveling for over a week with backpacks we washed a few items of clothing by hand. It was refreshing to be in a flat with all the equipment we should need. The only negative was a few silverfish in the bathroom. »

«Great place to stay in Bologna. Close to everything including the train station (a brisk 10-15 min. walk). Closeby are many cafes, restaurants and all the sights. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved the shared terrace. Lovely place to spend the evenings and exactly as showed on the pictures.»

"Fantastisk beliggenhet i en stille sidegate til hovedgaten. Trenger ikke masse spisesteder mm. Det er det masse av i gatene rundt hotellet. Veldig koselig med servering på takterrassen. Servicevennelig betjening. Ingen parkering, men hotellet arrangerer limo transport fra flyplassen mot betaling."

"Room carpet and curtains smells bad, need renovation, moulds in the bathroom, the lift is always busy, have to wait a long time. The hotel was near the supermarket, lot of parking spaces, easy to take a bus to town. "
