«The owners were very responsive and very nice. The place was very clean. It was very easy to gain access to the property. I would say that the 3rd bedroom is more suited for children rather than for adults. The house itself looks like it was recently updated throughout. The kitchen and the two bathrooms were well done. There is a very nice deck off the kitchen/dining room area. There is a little one upstairs. The place is very airy and there is good light throughout.»

«Found our new favorite rental in Stinson since our previous annual rental was sold. The location is perfect. Just park your car and never get in again. Walk right on to the beach, walk to town, sit on the front porch and watch the waves, or relax on the back deck. Spacious kitchen and rooms for a beach cottage. Owner was very responsive and friendly to inquiries. We look forward to staying here again!»

«Lovely place to stay. Cons: TP in master bathroom not flushed. Wet towels still in dryer at check in (Clean towels were available in all bathrooms). Many ants in the area. Tiny and stings a bit. Be careful on the Master bathroom toilet bowl. Constantly on there. If not wiped off prior to using, can get a little sting in the privates (not painful). «My family and I just got back today after four nights at Loren‘s property, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The home itself was very clean with newer furniture, a very well stocked kitchen and terrific sitting spaces both inside and out. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils and dishes that you would need, including sharp knives. «My 2 adult children and I stayed in the property and it worked out great! There were a couple of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby and a MUNI bus stop. It is close to the beach and zoo but pretty far from downtown and many attractions they were interested. Still we enjoyed the hot tub and the owner was great to work with.»

«I was so wowed by this property! It is so beautiful. The description says secluded, but I wasn't prepared for the house to be tucked into the hills, so you see gorgeous views from every side. The property itself is unique and delightful. I never wanted to leave! Despite feeling like you are far away from the whole world, it was only 15mins into Point Reyes Station, so it was still a very convenient location overall. I plan to go back as soon as possible!»

«Great location, 2 blocks from town. My 3 sisters and I (ages 55-75) really enjoyed our reunion in this home. We walked everywhere (restaurants, coffee shops, local market, public transportation into SanFrancisco). Large bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, pillows and linens. Nice, comfy, private sitting area in back with gas fire pit very responsive host. We’d love to visit again. »

«The listing is not accurate and deceiving. In fine print it indicates it is the entire home. It doesn’t state that the bathroom is being shared with at least 4 other people. It also doesn’t state that there is no air conditioning or ceiling fans. The room had a view to a garden, true. The room also had gnats and the sheets I don’t believe were changed. They didn’t smell fresh. It was extremely difficult for us to sleep but we had no choice at that point. The bathroom had ants and spiders. The ...
