«Great spot to stay while in Derry! The room and private bathroom were good sizes - enough space for my partner and I with our luggage. We were able to store our luggage with the key shop in front before our check-in time which was clutch. There was a shared kitchen on our floor which also included a washing machine. «reasonably sized comfortable room with all amenities needed. Parking was on the street which I didn't anticipate the way it was advertised. Close to city centre so walkable. Everything was clean apart from the carpet which was not hoovered which was such a shame.»

«It was handy for out walking tours of Londonderry but very noisy and we had disrupted nights. The walls are thin and there was a very noisy group in the hotel waking us up after midnight.»

«What an amazing host! Since so many others had cancelled because of the virus scare, the host offered my friend and i not only our choice of rooms, but also threw in an extra room! (We had originally booked one room, two beds). Hopefully the circumstances which allowed him that freedom will be over soon, but that is the kind of thoughtful service that I expect will come out in other ways once things get back to normal. »

«Overall a very nice place, and reasonbly priced. Our host, Shaun recommended area restaurants and amenities which all of our party of 5 enjoyed together and on their own. If ever back will book again. »

«We were very disappointed by our host having sent us a cancellation on Saturday morning after we had already started to make our journey up from Mayo, as it was a busy bank holiday weekend we then struggled to get accommodation and had to pay over what we had budgeted for!»

«Communication was excellent and the property manager was caring. Parking was a little rough and being on a busy street corner wasn’t ideal, but it was very close and within walking distance to downtown which was convenient. The stairs are very creaky which was a little tough with a toddler, but definitely manageable! Lots of room to fit our family of 6.»
