«Great spot to stay while in Derry! The room and private bathroom were good sizes - enough space for my partner and I with our luggage. We were able to store our luggage with the key shop in front before our check-in time which was clutch. There was a shared kitchen on our floor which also included a washing machine. Didn’t need to use the washing machine but could be useful. The kitchen was stacked and even had some fruit and bread. Place was centrally located and walking distance to everything ...

«Communication was excellent and the property manager was caring. Parking was a little rough and being on a busy street corner wasn’t ideal, but it was very close and within walking distance to downtown which was convenient. The stairs are very creaky which was a little tough with a toddler, but definitely manageable! Lots of room to fit our family of 6.»

«Not a hotel. This just a room above some businesses.the room was big and comfortable. Getting the code for the door it was tricky, but it was due to changing phone sim cards. We were in downtown Londonderry close to everything. Parking was an issue. Overall a great place would recommend. »
