«The stay was pretty good. Great lady named Pam who greeted us. She was amazing. The room was very clean which is a big thing for me. I’m pretty sure the restaurant was above us so it was a little noisy at times until around 10:30 or so. Sounded like tables being slid around. That was the only part that wasn’t excellent. I would definitely go back. »

«The property itself is very unique and has an old rustic feeling to it. It is an older development so it naturally has different things about it like uneven floors or not the nicest/newest appearance but none of that is a negative. My room was very clean and comfortable.»

«The cabin was very nice. It had a ton of space with lots of rooms. It had 2 stoves which helped tremendously. The cabin had 2 hot tubs which were both used. There was plenty of parking. We would definitely stay again.»

«Overall, we had a great trip. There was nothing that lessened the enjoyment we had together as a family. However, there were a few things that may be normal in a mountain log cabin, but perhaps could be upgraded. There were a lot of stairs into the house and guest house and only one bedroom on the main floor of main house so seniors had a harder time of it. Cleaning was hit and miss. Large cobwebs in places in the house, large soaking tubs in guest house were dirty. Some things did ...

«The property was nice overall and the open family room and fireplace were great. This was a good experience but property could use some TLC. Here is the list of negatives. Some of the beds need replaced in the basement. They had really big indentions and ours sounded like the springs were coming out the bottom. The rooms upstairs and downstairs were pretty hot and the thermostats didn’t seem to control the temperature correctly. Many doors had really loose door handles so did the kitchen cabinet ...

«This cabin was breathtaking. We really enjoyed all the rooms having their own bathrooms and patios. The view is very impressive. The hosts answered any questions we had. We had a great time in Gatlinburg and even the day we just hung around the house. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies and activities »
