«Excellent service, awesome decor and fantastic food. Our in hotel experience was really, really good. The car service arranged by the travel desk was also excellent. We however did not have a good experience with the guide arranged by the travel desk. We were more interested in sightseeing but the guide was more interested in taking us shopping. Very pushy and very, very exhausting. We would recommend that you use the car service and recommendations for places to visit from the travel desk but ...

«Our family of four, with two boys ages 13 and 11, stayed for three nights at Surpura Bagh. We absolutely loved it! The staff were wonderful and our room/villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved eating at the resort’s two restaurants and using the swimming pools - both the larger one by the restaurants and the smaller private one at our villa. We have no real complaints . «This place is really special, and 1 night is definitely not long enough. We arrived late in the afternoon to a warm welcome and a refreshing drink on the deck - the views are breathtaking. The lodges are so pretty, embroidered with the birds found on the reservoir with sequins and a skylight to the stars. Even the bath boasts the same mesmerising views. «The resort is a good place to stay, calm, away from city and in the village side. The theme given to the resort reminds you of a typical Indian village. Service was great, food was excellent, breakfast was superfluous. The only disadvantage was the distance from the main city which can be taken care of you have a car. »
