## Neighborhood

This beautiful flat is ideally located close to the beaches, a few steps from the casino. You will be able to discover the city without ever taking the transport: the beach is at 4 min, the Halles at 5 min, the Aquarium at 12 min.
You will be right in the centre of town, and will be able to enjoy all the shops and restaurants. Don't hesitate to try surfing, the beaches of Biarritz are famous for this sport!
