«Our family of 4 went to your U of A and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The place is very clean and exactly as it is described on the listing. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying again if it’s available for us next time. »

«This property was so beautiful and welcoming. It was a very comfortable home and had all the supplies one could ask for. You never know what the house will have for you. They thought of everything, enough toilet paper, fire wood, seasoning, coffee pods and more. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond when needed. We would definitely stay here again. We only had three people but it would have for a another family too comfortably.»

«Wonderful property, unfortunately the weather hindered our stay quite a bit as the roads to get there are very treacherous in the snow,. That said, the property was wonderful and the property neighbors were wonderfully friendly in helping us get situated on the property. Would absolutely stay here again in the summer months »

«Property was exactly as described with the ammenities anyone would need for a comfortable stay. The area is nice and quiet and the front porch is a bonus. Our host was quick to respond with questions I had and she was so helpful. »

«The property was in okay conditon but not 100% clean. There were beetles, earwigs, and the doors, windows, and bathroom could definitely use a coat of waterproof sealant to prevent water damage. It's cute as far as furniture and decorative touches. The main bedroom walk in closet is huge, but the bedrooom door sticks and will not close or latch. I would say it is a good value as to the nightly rate, but would be happier if it were a bit cleaner and without bugs. I would stay here again but ...

«This is a cute, little cottage close to downtown Rogers. At the time of our stay, the house did need some maintenance. The owner did tell us they waiting for contractors to address a few issues that we noticed. This part of town has an old/historic feel to it. If you like the downtown square, then you will like this area. The only downside to the location are a busy gas station across the street, and a very busy railroad track as well. «Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. It’s bad enough that when you shower, it smells up the entire house. The odor does not linger on your person but the water isn’t tolerable to drink. Use the britta pitcher in the ...

«To start off. One of the reviews had me think a bit. But all the others were great so I knew this was someone that’s not a lake person for sure. The house was perfect. Very very clean. My wife and I and 3 boys 20 years old. My other son and his wife here just for the day on the lake. We stayed 2 nights. The boys absolutely loved the monopoly game till like 4 in the morning. «Had a great visit, although it was short, but would definitely come back again! The house, even though it was older, was updated with many nice features. The only downside was the weather was colder , so we didn't get to enjoy the awesome porch/balcony!»

«We only stayed one night here on our journey North. I wish we could have stayed longer. This cabin was a treat to stay in. The setting is private and peaceful. The cabin is very comfortable, very clean and well equipped. I hope we get a chance to go back and stay longer next time. »
