«Most dangerous environment for a family. Cabin was remotely located with no electricity and indoor toilet. Photographs posted do not do justice. I paid in full but after looking in person chose not stay because of safety, security and privacy. Staff was friendly. »

«We had the best time here. So peaceful and beautiful. The place is down a dirt road, so probably need 4wd in the winter and definitely bring groceries since the closest dining is a bit down the road. The place was spotless clean, the most comfortable beds, and beautiful setting. »

«The property was private and quiet, surrounded by woods with a beautiful small brook. There was a nice solo stove and hot tub in the yard. The house itself was so clean and neat. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the free standing soaker tub was perfect.if we every find ourselves in this area this would be our first choice for lodging.»

«Stayed with my husband, son, daughter in law and 3 year old granddaughter. We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very well appointed. Morning walks to the river and roasting marshmallows at night. Butterflies, wild turkeys, and a toad were highlights for the little one. A short drive to Wellington state park and about 30 minutes to restaurants. I imagine it would also be a perfect location in fall and winter»

«Lake was absolutely worth the trip. Even had kayaks and canoes. I give this place a lower rating just because the house was not up to par. It was dirty, had a weird smell, and there was mold. Housekeeping can do better»
